The purpose of the Team Leader position is to lead, manage, and hold technicians accountable to the Atlas Core Values while also performing whatever tasks are assigned by Atlas Customers. Furthermore, the Team Leader is responsible for all administrative duties associated with management. Atlas Team Leaders also serve as liaison between on-site Atlas Crews and Atlas Customers and an ambassador between the company and the customers.

This vital role in the company requires a strict adherence to the Atlas Core Values, Emotional Intelligence, Self-Discipline, a large degree of accuracy and time management skills, and an appreciation for confidentiality.

· Perform duties and responsibilities of a Level 1 Technician as required

· Perform duties and responsibilities of a Level 2 Technician as required

· Perform duties and responsibilities of a Level 3 Technician as required

· Lead, manage, and hold team accountable impartially and fairly

· Responsible for company issued Mission Pack and all components

· Responsible for use, regulation, maintenance, and condition of company issued vehicles

· Track and report hotel rooming roster to supervision

· Consolidate hotel rooms as required

· Update supervision on adjustments to personnel

· Know the job scope of every project to which they are assigned

· Coordinate and hold team accountable to accomplishing multiple tasks

· Have good working knowledge of company and customer policies

· Update supervision on Project Status – Demobilization, reassignment, etc.

· Communicates regularly to site supervision on progress of job and any complications that occur

· Ensure that team adheres to Atlas Dress Code

· Acquaint themselves with any team that they are assigned

· Accurately tracks and records employee time and submits approved time sheets within time requirements

· Records and reports employee disciplinary matters while in the field

· Be instructive with new employees

· Ensure that all policies and safe work practices are followed and enforced

· Ensure that team is equipped with appropriate PPE and is using PPE properly

· Take appropriate action to replace damaged or missing PPE on-site

· Review JSA’s on-site and provide input on identifying hazards and implementing controls

· Immediately report and corrects any unsafe conditions to the customer

· Immediately report any incidents or injuries to the customer supervisor and Atlas Safety Manager

· Records and reports any on the job training (OJT) provided to employees in the field

· Records and reports fuel receipts

· Records and reports any request for reimbursement in the field

· Ensure that vehicles are completely refueled before they are returned to vendor or AtlasRequirements:

· 2500 verifiable work hours (regular, overtime, training)

· Pass the Technician Level 2 assessment with a score of 80%

· Pass the Technician Level 3 assessment with a score of 80%

· Possess current WJTA certification or complete certification within 30 days
