Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic vision and leadership for IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.

Direct planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop IT strategy supporting business initiatives.

Manage resources, budgets, and personnel to achieve strategic IT and business goals.

Integrate acquired businesses' systems holistically into the Bank's environment.

Oversee delivery of services within budget and schedules, resolving issues proactively.

Drive operational efficiencies, control budgets, and improve SLAs to clients.

Support extant systems, especially related to income, compliance, and risk management.

Develop strategic roadmap for digital and data strategies, enhancing intercommunication.

Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and management to optimize benefit-to-cost ratios.

Foster strategic relationships with vendor partners for mutual success.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

15+ years IT experience

8+ years in a managerial role

5+ years in the Banking industry

Proven experience as a CIO or similar leadership role
