We purchase and own all the inventory and provide all the supplies and training necessary for you to be successful. This is a commission-based role that we pay based on the number of packages you fulfill each week. We currently have several Micro Fulfillment centers set up in the US and Canada.

A typical day for our E-commerce Micro-Fulfillment team member consists of checking for orders that need to be picked for shipment; prepping and stowing inventory physically and digitally; picking, packing, and shipping orders via UPS & FedEx; and procuring products for sale from a variety of retail locations. This is a great opportunity to generate uncapped commission-based income with only a few hours of work a day.

**Who We're Looking For:**

We are seeking motivated individuals with a passion for providing top-notch customer service. Prior experience in logistics or e-commerce is beneficial but not mandatory. If you have a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and the drive to succeed, you could be a great fit for our E-commerce Micro-Fulfillment team.

**Requirements:**

- Have a 2-car garage space available for store inventory, pick, pack, and ship products

- Own reliable vehicle available for occasional in-store procurement (SUV, Van preferred)

- Have a reliable backup person available in the event of time off, vacations, and/or sick days

- Reliable high-speed internet

- Ability to receive, pick, pack, and ship packages

- Must have strong tech aptitude

**Daily Responsibilities:**

- Check on business needs daily

- Check for outbound orders via shipping or delivery

- Prep and stow items into inventory storage

- Pick, pack, and ship outbound shipments

- Make local deliveries as required

- Procure items from retail locations on occasion

- Receive incoming packages to their respective Purchase Orders
