Senior Frontend Engineer (Deciding-to-buy team)

Kramp Group discovers and builds e-commerce, supply chain & Data Science solutions that are aiming at giving the ag-tech industry a push forward. We’re building a digital platform, serving thousands of customers and generating a turnover of over one billion euros per year.

You will be a part of the Deciding-to-Buy (D2B) team dedicated to expediting and simplifying customers' purchasing journeys. Our focus is on delivering essential information through efficient customer service, streamlining user experiences, and providing empowering tools.

As part of this team, you will experience the direct impact on both business and product outcomes, allowing you to observe the tangible progress resulting from your efforts.

You will play a key role in realizing and improving our digital products that will empower agri customers to navigate through a diverse array of well over 1 million products seamlessly.

Proactive Business Engagement:

- Gain key insights and work closely with our business managers, information analysts and more to understand what really matters for our users, providing you with the right data points to deliver optimal solutions.

- Help the team monitor, review and continuously optimise their success metrics to ensure we stay up-to-date with the evolving behaviours and expectations of our users.

Experimentation:

- Push the boundaries and test your creative solutions by utilising our experimentation platform, where we roll-out and test our biggest bets to understand the impact and measure the impact and benefits for our users.

Who you are:

You have thorough expertise in Frontend and can find your way on the client and server-side of JavaScript-based applications.

You have experience with:

React,

Next.js,

Node.js.

Typescript.

GraphQL.

Unit tests (E2E is an advantage).

Containerized applications.

Cloud-Native Environments - preferably Google Cloud Platform.

NX.js (monorepo) is an advantage.

Experience/interest in working with React Native.

Driving the quality mindset and adopt best testing practices.

You enjoy the art of frontend development, whether it is consuming APIs, fine-tuned designs into an appealing composition for the end-user to enjoy, or setting up new features from scratch.

You foster a collaborative mindset and actively engage with cross-functional teams and supporting roles.

Solution and Business Oriented Thinking. Keen on getting in-depth of the project challenges and customer needs to deliver a right solution.
