Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee at Mountire - Optimize Manufacturing. The Trainee will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day manufacturing operations, including quality control, production monitoring, and implementing SOPs. The Trainee will also assist in developing and implementing process improvements, analyzing production data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs

Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
