Senior Draftsman / Detailing Engineer

Experience: Senior Draftsman – 8 - 10 years / Detailing Engineer – 3 – 4 years

Qualification: Senior Draftsman – ITI / NCTVT / Detailing Engineer – DME

Reports to: Engineering Manager

The Job descriptions of Senior Draftsman / Detailing Engineer are:

1. Planning and scheduling of design and drawings draugh32

2. Planning of manpower resource / subcontracting

3. Progress review of drawings and diagrams related to presales design and post order engineering;

4. Checking and review of drawings and BOM contents and quality;

5. Control of drawing and document revisions;

6. Coordinating with vendors and other departments for approvals, technical data etc;

7. Visiting site, shop, sub-contractor works if required;

Skill sets:

IBR Pressure part drawing (required)

Equipment and Piping layout (required)

Pressure part calculation as per IBR and ASME (desirable)

Experience in Solid works or equivalent 3-dimensional drafting package (desirable)
