Job Description
Job Purpose
# Responsible for designing new production line layouts, line capacity balancing and processes for new module line project.
# Responsible for existing production line capacity optimization, line balancing with engineering changes.
# Responsible for upgrading existing production line in line with technology changes, removing manual operation with automation and etc.
# Maintaining safety guidelines.
# Monitoring Team performance and arranging training for performance improvement.
# Section Lead is responsible to achieve assigned KPI / KRA/ Goal / To-do / targets.
# Section Lead will be responsible for process improvement / Cost reduction projects.
Profile & Eligible Criteria
B.Tech / M.Tech in industrial / mechanical engineering with 5 to 10 yrs of experience. Should be from module manufacturing background with experience in maintenance or project design domain.
Experience in Auto-CAD, MS project & etc.
Must have experience in cross functional departmental communication.
