Team Leader

a)Graduates (preferably law grads) with excellent skills on MS Excel, MS Word and MIS Reports.

b) Must be knowing Malayalam and English (written, spoken).

c) Must have experience of handling a minimum team of 25 headcounts.

d) Should be open for relocation, flexible to work beyond regular working hours, target oriented professional.

e) Any prior experience in handling scanning and digitization process for judicial records will be given preference.

f) Must be a data driven decision maker with strong ownership, process compliance and integrity.

g) Any knowledge of handling basic IT requirements, computer / LAN maintenance will be an added advantage.

h) Must be a team player and open to ideas, willing to learn.

i) Experience in handling projects / cost optimization / revenue improvement will be given preference.
