Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Phiscape located in Kollam,, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including customer service, sales training, and sales management. In addition, this role will be responsible for creating effective sales and marketing strategies to help grow our business.

Qualifications

Communication and Customer Service skills

Proven track record of successful Sales experience

Experience in Sales Management and Training

Ability to create effective Sales and Marketing plans

Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Experience in robotics, automation, or related fields is a plus
