Manager – HR
Major Responsibilities:
Manage the End to End HR function across the organization
Should be able to manage multiple locations across the globe
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the organizations mission and goals
Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to conducting exit interviews
Create and execute training and development initiatives for employees, enhancing their skills and knowledge
Supervise and lead employee performance evaluation and feedback procedures
Formulate and execute strategies to enhance employee retention within the organization
Lead and supervise employee relations, as well as processes for conflict resolution
Engage in collaboration with various departments and teams to align efforts with organizational goals and objectives
Take charge of organizing and orchestrating employee engagement and team-building activities within the organization
Oversee internal administration and facilitate office modifications
Take responsibility for the employee database and ensure the confidentiality of documents
Lead the companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives
Oversee the Internal Committee (IC) responsible for Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH)
Develop and Execute Diversity Strategies: Formulate and implement comprehensive strategies to attract and retain a diverse talent pool, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Human Resource Management is required
Should have comprehensive knowledge of all HR practices
Having experience in implementing a performance-based variable pay structure is an additional asset
Capable of handling multiple tasks with strong skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating
Possesses robust business and HR acumen, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.
Demonstrates outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and excels in the preparation of high-quality documents and reports.
Outstanding convincing skills coupled with excellent presentation skills.
Capable of serving as a liaison officer for the organization.
Experience in HRMS software (Zoho People preferred)
Experience in any Recruitment Management System (Zoho Recruit preferred)
Possess good knowledge in Statutory Compliances and Labour Laws
MBA or any management degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
