Senior Dispatcher

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Kapurthala Punjab. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching and monitoring company drivers and equipment while ensuring excellent service and communication with customers and vendors.

Requirements

US and Canada Dispatch: 1 years' experience

Only Experience candidate required from the same field.

Having good knowledge of dispatch (Drayage/Intermodal/OTR Shipment)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to demonstrate flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills

Proficient in basic computer software programs including Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-based environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: 12,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month
