Regional Credit Manager

Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities:

 Manage Small Business Loans Credit process including Loan Approvals and Personal Discussion

Supervise Gold Loans Credit Process

Manage collection process for allocated cases

Ensure existing customer upsell and cross sell of products through the Credit Teams

Create a low-risk portfolio of loans in the district

Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all the laid down processes / policies.

Provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries pre & post loan disbursal.

Share local, credit insights from the field to the reporting manager/central team

Key Skills/Abilities:

Understanding of Business Loans and Gold Loans Credit and local market dynamics

Ability to establish product, schemes & processes.

An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to perform in a high achievement organization.

Team Handled (Including Team & Portfolio Handled): 3-5

Portfolio Handled: Rs.5 cr .

Mandatory Requirement: Own Vehicle & Driving License; Own Smartphone; Local resident ( 5 Years); Proficient in Local Language; No Loan Default History
