Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Oncology Unit Head at KSHETRAPAL HOSPITAL MULTISPECIALITY & RESEARCH CENTRE. The Oncology Unit Head will be responsible for overseeing all operations and activities of the oncology unit. This includes managing and coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring quality standards, implementing protocols and procedures, maintaining regulatory compliance, and collaborating with other departments. This is an on-site role located in Ajmer.

Qualifications

Experience in managing an oncology unit or department

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of regulatory standards and protocols in oncology

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Additional certifications or specialized training in oncology

Proficiency in oncology care and treatment
