Responsibilities
Capturing customer requirements and project deliverables. • Hardware designing and preparing error free drawings for 3D printing parts as per project requirements. • Conduct manufacturing feasibility review with key stakeholders. • Travel to customer/supplier/vendor location for discussion / testing/ installation/ commissioning. • Travelling on site for troubleshooting the issues at customer's end. • Vendor Development • Preparing Technical/commercial proposals/solutions in line with customer requirement for new products and discussing it with customers. • Tracking of various development projects till the completion stage. • Analyze and troubleshoot product related field issues. • Providing after sales technical assistance to customers. • Installation and commissioning of products and equipment's at customer site. • Provide support for invoice preparation to accounts team. • Developing course content and delivering training in the domain of CAD CAM CAE and 3D printing. • Facilitate In house visits of the potential customers. • Conducting assessments before and after training on LMS.
