Job Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to understand and address our clients' needs.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in relationship management or a similar client-facing role
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of B2B marketplace and digital marketing strategies
Roles And Responsibilities
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide optimal solutions
Serve as the main point of contact for clients and address any inquiries or concerns
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Assist in the onboarding process of new clients and ensure a smooth transition
Monitor and analyze client performance data to optimize their experience and drive results
Provide timely and accurate reports on client activity and revenue growth
