Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant, located in Chandigarh with flexibility for some remote work. The Assistant will be responsible for general administrative tasks, such as answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. The Assistant will also support the counsellors in their day-to-day tasks, such as preparing documents and following up with clients.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other business software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
