Team Lead - Exterior Trims
*** Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program
6+ yrs of relevant engineering experience
Intermediate to advanced level of design/development engineering experience in multiple of the following:
==> Bumpers, Side claddings, Door finishers, Spoilers & Cowl Trims, Under body covers, Exterior Lighting, Exterior system integration
Experience with injection molding, painting, and decorating plastic components
Experience with OEM or supplier design and release
Experience with NX, Catia V5, and Teamcenter
Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R creation and execution
Experience with component builds and execution
Experience with production process feasibility and development including mold flow analysis or other exterior component manufacturing processes
Experience leading technical teams successfully across varied levels of management and between OEM and supply base
Experience regularly presenting to upper management for issue resolution decisions
*** Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science in Engineering or Business
Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and/or Reactive Sharing Problem Solving
In plant launch experience

Experience with OEM or supplier design and release
Experience with NX, Catia V5, and Teamcenter

Experience designing and developing at least one of the following:
==> Bumpers, Side cladings, Door finishers, Spoilers & Cowl Trims, Under body covers, Extrior Lighting etc.
Experience with injection molding, painting, and decorating plastic components
Experience with OEM or supplier design and release
Experience with NX, Catia V5, and Teamcenter
Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R creation and execution
Experience with compontent builds and execution
