Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GST Litigation adviser at L D Raj & Co. The role involves providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, handling legal issues related to GST, and knowledge of allied laws. The adviser would work closely with clients and colleagues to communicate any changes in regulations or laws that could affect the company.

Qualifications

Experience in law and practicing as a GST Litigation adviser

Outstanding legal research, analysis and drafting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

desired knowledge of relevant allied laws

Bachelor's degree in Law

inter passed CA/ CMA/CSwould be an advantage

Experience working with tax departments and stakeholders would be an asset
