As a Tally Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Tally software. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers in troubleshooting Tally software issues
Understand customer's requirements and provide timely and accurate solutions
Document and maintain customer interactions and technical solutions
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues
Stay up-to-date with Tally software updates and new features
Conduct training sessions for customers to enhance their knowledge of Tally software
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven work experience as a Technical Support Executive or similar role
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Tally software
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Full time
