JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Title – Technical Sales Executive (Printing Industry)

Location: Kottayam

Salary - 25k to 30k along with performance Incentive based on the experience.

Responsibilities:

As a Technical Sales Executive in the printing industry, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and generate revenue by promoting and selling printing solutions (Chemicals) to our customers/Dealers/Distributors. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with suitable printing Chemicals solutions. Your role will involve both account management and new business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the printing industry.

· Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking and cold calling.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their printing requirements and providing them with timely solutions.

· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of printing solutions.

· Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and new technologies in the printing industry.

· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing and close sales deals.

· Monitor and analyze sales data, prepare reports and provide insights to management regarding market trends, customer preferences and sales performance.

· Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

· Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diploma in Printing Technology or related field.

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry or related field.

· Strong knowledge of printing processes, products and services.

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

· Proficient in using Asana, MS Office software etc.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as required.
