Job Overview

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations within a specific region. This is a full-time position based in Indri, Haryana, India, and offers a competitive salary range based on experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the consumer products industry

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets

Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion

Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market insights
