Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Fashion Designer to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing new designs for our baby care products. This is a full-time position and is open to fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.

Strong creativity and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.

Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction techniques, and manufacturing processes.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.

Up-to-date with current fashion trends and a passion for creating innovative designs.

Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Roles And Responsibilities

Create and develop new designs for baby care products, including clothing, accessories, and other related items.

Research current fashion trends and analyze market demand to stay updated with the latest design styles.

Collaborate with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production and meet quality standards.

Produce detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D visualizations of design concepts.

Select appropriate materials, patterns, and colors for each design.

Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of samples and final products.

Participate in sample fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and comfort.

Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and visuals for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Keep up-to-date with emerging fashion trends, industry innovations, and technological advancements.

Maintain a strong portfolio of designs and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and improvement.
