Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Sorter to join our team at Popees Baby Care Products Private Limited. As a Sorter, you will be responsible for carefully sorting and organizing various baby care products based on specific criteria. This is a full-time position based in Malappuram, Kerala, India.

Qualifications And Skills

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Junior level candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using inventory systems.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Reliable and punctual.

Roles And Responsibilities

Sort and organize baby care products according to specific criteria, such as size, color, and brand.

Inspect products for any defects or damages and report any issues to the supervisor.

Ensure that the sorting area is clean and organized at all times.

Maintain accurate records of sorted products and update inventory systems as needed.

Assist in packing and preparing products for shipping.

Collaborate with other team members to achieve production targets.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.
