Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator/AGM-HR located in Chandigarh. The HR Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing human resources, including HR policies, HR management, human resource development, and employee relations.
Qualifications
minimum 3-5 years Experience working in Human Resources with knowledge of HR processes and policies
Sound knowledge of Human Resource Development
Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with employees
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Experience in Employee Relations
Bachelor's degree( from Regular college only ) in Human Resources or related field and Post graduation in HR ( from regular college only )
Salary slab is 12-16 lacs per annum
Knowledge of SAP will be added advantage
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for the candidate include excellent problem solving skills, proficiency with HR software, and ability to adapt to changing HR policies and requirements.
