Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement and sales.

Manage a team of influencer marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and oversight of campaigns and partnerships.

Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with influencers that align with the brand's objectives and values.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, social media, and PR teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of influencer campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance, derive insights, and generate reports for management to optimize future strategies.

Stay updated of industry trends and new platforms to capitalize on emerging opportunities for influencer marketing.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.

Proven experience in influencer marketing, with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in a managerial or leadership role.

Demonstrated success in building and managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.

Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in leading a team of marketing professionals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
