Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the sound-scape of the station through appropriate creative and marketing interventions

Support the sales team by providing creative inputs in order to increase the overall ad spends by clients

Act as an interface between programming & other teams like Sales & the Activations.

Branding:

Build brand Radio Mirchi by planning initiatives to ensure brand differentiation & thus increase brand recall

Ideation of new on-air programs, programming led on-ground events & new properties

Maintain relationship with PR & media agencies and have strong local connect

Provide creative inputs to copywriters & promo-producer to keep the sound of the station as unique

Build radio as a category for both listeners & advertisers

People Management:

To train, develop & guide team members

Development of Jocks as per guidelines

Monitor the performance of team members on a regular basis

General Management / Administration:

To ensure technical equipment of the station is maintain

Must Haves:

Graduation / Post Graduation (Any specialization) with 10 -14 years of relevant experience

Excellent communication skills

Strong branding focus

People management experience is a prerequisite

Knowledge of local market & language is mandatory

Self starter & entrepreneurship qualities
