Job Overview

This role is for a Food and Beverage Executive at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Food and Beverage Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of food and beverage service in our company. This includes overseeing the planning, organizing, and execution of food and beverage operations, as well as maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications And Skills

Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry

Proven knowledge of food preparation techniques and standards

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional service

Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale systems

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Roles And Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute food and beverage operations

Ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen and dining areas

Manage and train staff on food preparation, service, and safety

Maintain inventory levels and order supplies

Create and implement innovative menus

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Address customer inquiries and complaints

Review and analyze sales and profit margins

Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
