Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Administration position in Mumbai. The role includes responsibilities such as HR management, policy-making, General administration, and personnel management. Candidate having Degree with Min. 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing Industry

Human Resource:

· Responsible for end to end recruitment process. Using various system for recruitment sources

within stipulated time line.

· Screening-Scrutinizing Resume, Scheduling & Interviewing Candidates, Selection, Verification Process, Reference Checks

· Preparation of Offer letter, Appointment Letter, Confirmation Letter and Appraisal Letter

· Joining formalities to new joiners. Filling the Vacancies in time with suitable position

· Employee orientation, Development and training, schedule the training calendar for each quarter with respective HODs

· Identifying the training needs and developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees. And measuring their progress.

· Maintian record of all confidential documents.

· To co-ordinate with external and internal trainers for training purpose

· Payroll, Time Keeping, Salary & Wages, F & F Settlement

· To take active & lead in the performance appraisal system and Performance improvement tracking systems, coaching etc.

· Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system, assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.

· Liaison with all the government officials like PF officer, ESIC, S&E etc.

Admin & IT:

· Purchasing Stationery Items and Maintain Stock

· Liaison with government authorities and local bodies like BMC

· Facility Management (Infrastructure,)

· Employee Welfare activates (Handling canteen, traveling & medical facilities.)

· Handling V Cards, Letter Heads, Envelops, Posters.

· Renew of all the office infrastructure AMC's.on time.

· Keep track & maintain records of stationaries

· Maintenance (Office equipment, Furniture, Housekeeping, pest control, electrical problem etc.)

· Make sure that all the equipment's are in working condition (Laptop, PC, Server, Printer etc.)

· To reduce the cost of overall HR, Admin, IT function (The same needs to be documented)

· Must be capable of creating balanced working culture.

Competency:

· Strong verbal and written communication. Effectively communicate between management & employees.

· Must be a good negotiator.

· English Proficiency: Able to deal with complex queries and to present routine information clearly

· Local Language: - Able to communicate fluently in the local language

· Should be self-motivated & should be capable of motivating employees.
