We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Civil Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team at Gamut HR Solutions. As a Sr Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing civil engineering projects. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

4 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering

Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

Excellent project management and organizational skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish

Develop detailed project plans, including budgets, timelines, and resources

Ensure projects adhere to legal regulations, building codes, and safety standards

Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to determine project requirements

Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications

Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Manage and supervise construction activities, including site visits and inspections

Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
