We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. As an Accountant at Podar Education Network, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analyzing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The role is based in Ausa, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Mid-Level: 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

Experience in tax preparation and familiarity with tax regulations

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Business acumen and ability to analyze financial data

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and expenses

Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations

Prepare and analyze financial statements

Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Collaborate with internal teams to effectively manage financial data

Produce accurate and timely financial reports

Assist in the preparation of tax returns and manage tax preparation processes

Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Develop and maintain financial databases and recordkeeping systems

Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
