The Operational Excellence [Process Improvement] Specialist is responsible to instill continuous improvement culture across the areas supported through Six-sigma & Lean approach coupled with technological advancements that can be implemented in assigned process. Adhere to SOAR framework [Simplify, Optimize, Automate & Replicate] and drive efficiency improvements across assigned processes. Will be an individual contributor role and will be reporting to Operational Excellence head.
Job Description:
Spearhead Continuous / Process Improvement projects across the tower
Assess process complexity and implement standard & reliable frameworks to measure and improve Efficiency [Productivity & Capacity Utilization]
Conduct Quarterly Assessments across teams to assess the OE Maturity penetration, work closely with the teams in creating 30/60/90 day action plans and improve the maturity as deemed required
Build a strong working relationship with the stakeholders starting from Leads to Managers to OG, Tower & Cluster head and drive OE agenda through a strong Governance process
Spearhead and lead improvement initiatives partnering with other OE team members and Automation COE team ably supporting deployment of cutting-edge leading technology solutions
Implementing of Industry leading practice metrics – right from metric selection, measurement system analysis & validation all the way to implementation coupled with monitoring and improving them to achieve beat in class performance.
Profile Description:
Certified Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt professional from a reputed institution – Optimal [if not]
Trained Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt professional & Certified Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt professional from a reputed institution – Minimum.
Minimum 10 years of overall Work experience out of which 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement / Delivery Excellence / Operational Excellence / Performance Excellence role specifically in Finance Operations with R2R / FMR exposure [R2R / FMR working experience is mandatory.
Should have worked on CI projects] preferably from services industry [BPO / Shared service centre / Global business services].
Exposure to leading Technology / RPA solutions will be an added advantage.
Exposure to Process Discovery & mining practices will be an added advantage.
