MIS/Procurement Executive

Job Narrative

GTS(Global Technology Sourcing),is responsible for Technology sourcing across the Globe. GTS team is responsible for procuring IT equipment/Software/Telecom/Professional services based on the request from internal stakeholders either for HCL's own use or for customer specific projects. Endeavour of GTS team members is to ensure that the products/services are being sourced at most competitive cost and the processes for procurement are aligned to the best-in- class industry standards.

As part of the GTS process operations Order processing, Contract processing, tracking and management of orders and deliveries, MIS reporting for stakeholders is key deliverable and backbone for the procurement team.

The selected candidate would be expected to manage Order processing, Contract processing, tracking and management of orders and deliveries, MIS reporting for the Software procurements. In additional he/she would be expected to close the tactical/transaction procurement of software's

Key Skills Required

Excellent Communication skills(Written and Verbal)

Excellent working knowledge of MS-Office(Excel, Powerpoint)

Should have experience in managing customer service operations

Should have working knowledge of Procurement System (Oracle/SAP/Ariba etc.) or any CRM Tool

Strong Analytical Capability

Total 4-5 years of experience in Procurement, preferably in IT procurement

Educational Qualification

Graduate from a Recognised University
