Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mohali district for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of drivers, overseeing delivery schedules, and communicating effectively with team members, customers, brokers, and other stakeholders. The Dispatcher will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment

Experience in dispatch or logistics operations

Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance

Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking systems

Basic computer and data entry skills

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred
