Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Guest Service Associate to join our team at Oshin Hotels. As a Guest Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring their satisfaction and creating a positive and memorable experience. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India, and is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide exceptional service
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer systems
Flexible schedule and ability to work weekends and holidays
Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Roles And Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and ensure billing accuracy
Ensure the safety and security of the guests by following hotel policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
Attend to any other duties assigned by the management
