About Our Client

Our client is a global manufacturing MNC with multiple business interests and plants in India. They are looking for a hands on CFO, who gets involved in granular finance activities, while keeping larger strategy and organisational vision in mind.

Job Description

As CFO, you would report to the India CEO & Global CFO. Your responsibilities would be as follows -

Driving business performance, spending at least 30-40% time on business matters whilst keeping Finance at the best of the lot

Handle large company with multi-plant / multi-profit center responsibilities

Handle projects - stages of assessment, evaluation, recommendations, approvals, execution

Handle Capex, Opex,Corporate taxation, Working capital controls

Foresight, anticipation of future risks and opportunities, work extremely closely with CEO on developing business

Should be capable of selecting, developing a Finance Team who can lead finance for their business areas

Team work - work extremely closely with every function head and down below

MIS & reporting

Solid on Compliance, Ethics, Procedures

The Successful Applicant

Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with at least 15-20 years of experience, including 10+ years of manufacturing experience

Should have had major experience in MNC's with good systems and products or large professional Indian Groups.

Should have had experience of dealing with Global teams
