MRIB CHEMICALS is a Mumbai-based company that specializes in supplying raw materials for Resin, Coating and Paint Industries. With over 40 years of experience in providing chemical solutions, we have been associated with Industry experts and market leaders across India.

Role Description

Target area of customer is Gujarat region (Gujarati speaking executive).

The role is to sell bulk chemicals assigned in Resin/coating/Paint Industries.

The person will be expected to handle existing business, do research, and prepare a target customer list for the said category.

Inquiry generation.

Visiting customers.

Following up and closing orders.

Once received PO forward it to the operations team.

Follow up with the operations team for timely delivery.

Make sure all the formalities, documentation, checklist, packing, and transportation are done as required by the customer.

Follow up for payments receivable and make sure the amount is received within the credit period.

To represent the company and be a one-stop contact point for customers.

Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Review with JB every evening at 6 pm updating the day's progress

Weekly review on Friday for deeper analyzing the following. a. Sent quotations b. Orders received c. Orders not received or lost contract. d. Any ongoing or customer issues.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in sales, customer service, or related field

Ability to work independently and as a team player

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Experience in the chemical or related industry is a must

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or BSc. Chemistry or related field
