Prezlab is on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager who is both dynamic and results-oriented, to play a pivotal role in propelling our digital marketing efforts forward. This position is central to achieving ROI through various online marketing channels. The ideal candidate will thrive on leveraging data to comprehensively understand and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring the marketing budget is spent efficiently to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute direct-response marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.

Analyze and optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys to decrease churn and enhance customer lifetime value.

Manage the performance marketing budget with strategy, allocating funds across channels to achieve the best results.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging to ensure high conversion rates.

Stay up to date of industry trends and leverage new technologies and platforms to foster growth.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously refine and improve strategies.

Collaborate closely with Head of Marketing to ensure performance marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Job Requirements:

Demonstrated success in a performance marketing role, focusing on direct response strategies and digital channel optimization.

Comprehensive knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising and email marketing

Strong analytical ability, with proficiency in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer segmentation.

Outstanding project management skills, with an emphasis on detail and the capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

A creative thinker with a problem-solving approach and a positive, can-do attitude.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
