Responsibilities

Responsible for promoting, selling, and merchandising the products to resellers in his assigned area.

Build long term fruitful relationship with resellers to improve the business and to promote new products.

Undertake efforts to understand the needs of the resellers and offer solutions that will support the sell out of stocks.

Prepare monthly working plan and seek approval from DSM.

Report market and competitors activity regularly to DSM and to company.

Coordinate business generation activities and branding related activities in his area.

Identify the leading masons and contractors of his area and promote the products to be accepted by them.

Communicate sales activities to DSM and build good relationship.

Meet monthly sales target set by the company and reach the annual targets and goals set for your area.

Responsible for handling all complaints and grievance from the market and report immediately to DSM.

Solve the complaints about the products form the distributors and seek feedback from them. If required, seek the assistance of DSM.

He shall responsible for updating daily schedule, sales collection report and orders through WhatsApp group or through the reports sorted by the company

He shall responsible for identifying potential marketing area and intimate to DSM.

Responsible for implementing trade schemes to achieve the volume objectives.

Meet and establish good relationship with Mason and Contractors of the area.
