Qualifications And Skills

4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws
Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
