Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position

In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws

Strong understanding of recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion

HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives to meet the company's goals

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring the selection of top talent

Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions

Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee excellence

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

Create and maintain a positive work culture, fostering employee engagement and satisfaction

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
