Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Piping Design Engineer to join our team at May I Help You. As a Piping Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and creating drawings for piping systems in accordance with industry standards and project requirements. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in piping design.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

More than 10 years of experience in piping design

Proficient in using AutoCAD and other piping design software

Strong knowledge of industry codes and standards related to piping design

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Familiarity with project management principles and practices

Experience in coordinating with multidisciplinary teams

Roles And Responsibilities

Design and create detailed piping drawings using AutoCAD or other design software

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop piping designs that meet project requirements

Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations throughout the design process

Review and revise design drawings based on feedback and requirements

Prepare and present technical reports and documents related to piping design

Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of materials for piping projects

Perform site visits and inspections to verify design feasibility and provide technical support during construction

Resolve any design issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in piping design technology
