Time: Night shift 7:00 PM-4:00 AM (5 Days Working)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven US IT Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business from the international market, particularly focusing on the US. Your primary tasks will include identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into lucrative business deals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups will be crucial to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate business opportunities from the international market, specifically targeting the US.

2. Identify potential clients and strategically approach them to initiate business conversations.

3. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to prospective clients.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and expanding our client base.

6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

7. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Candidate Profile:

- Comfortable working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (5 Days Working).

- Passionate about a career in sales with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry or related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
