Designation: Accountant Job Responsibilities:

Thorough knowledge of Public Financial Management like DDUGKY/CMKKY

Passing entry for local cheques, sending advance payment reports to higher ups

Prepare monthly UC, Coordinate with auditors

Fee Collections & Co-ordination with parents.

Preparation and finalization of Accounts, preparation of financial statements

Debtors and Creditors balance reconciliation and age wise analysis of Debtors balances

Preparation and finalization of accounts

Reconciliations

Preparation of Annual- Academic Year and Financial year wise budgets

Analysis of Budgets vs Actuals on Monthly / Half Yearly & Yearly

Software Skills: *Tally Prime *Operating systems: Windows XP, Expert / thorough working knowledge on MS Office
