To be aware of commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Conduct research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to inform product development strategies. Ensure that R&D activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry

Monitor and analyze product quality data to identify areas for improvement.

Maintain detailed records of experiments, formulations, and results.

Prepare regular reports summarizing R&D activities, achievements, and future plans.

Master's degree in Food Technology.

A background of at least 3– 6 years in a similar role in food industry

Proven experience in R&D roles within the FMCG industry, with a focus on product development and innovation.

Strong knowledge of food chemistry, ingredient functionality, and food processing technologies.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving

Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
