Responsible for full employee life cycle - Sourcing candidates from job portals like naukri.com, screening, short-listing with client requirements, campus recruitment. Recruitment level Junior – Senior level.

Designing Job descriptions in coordination with Department heads.

Managing ATS systems.

Managing entire ON- boarding Process for new hires. New hire orientation

Negotiating job offers with candidates.

Custodian of entire Group HR Documentation process.

Coordinating for employee Engagement activities

Assisting payroll team with necessary payroll inputs Minimum Qualification - Academic

MBA in HR with 3 – 5 years of professional work experience in HR domain

CTC - upto 25K, based on the current salary
