Job Overview

Koshys Hospital - NABH Accredited is seeking a Telecaller to join our growing team. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive timely attention and excellent customer service. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. We welcome freshers with less than 1 year of experience to apply.

Qualifications And Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively communicate medical information to patients

Strong customer service orientation

Good organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office

Ability to work well in a team

Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential patients to provide information about our services

Answer incoming calls from patients and address their inquiries

Schedule appointments for patients and maintain the appointment calendar

Ensure accurate and timely recording of patient details and preferences

Follow up with patients to gather feedback on their experience

Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department

Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service

Meet monthly targets for call volume and appointment scheduling
