In this role, you'll be the ultimate client champion:

Manage digital marketing accounts ensuring products fits client's business objectives.

Collaborating with the internal SEO team to ensure seamless client service and optimal results.

Serving as a translator, explaining complex SEO concepts in a clear and concise way.

Monitoring and analyzing SEO performance, keeping clients informed of progress and results.

Proactively identifying opportunities to improve client website visibility and organic traffic.

Building strong relationships with clients

Work with new leads to understand their business objectives and recommend services that will help achieve their goals.

Send proposals for new leads, existing clients and follow up with them on it.

Be responsible for increasing the profitability of the account, in terms of upselling and cross selling.

Has a proven track record of success in SEO.

Possesses a strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Thrives on building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Is a data enthusiast who can analyze and interpret web data.

Has excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and enjoys client interaction.

Full time
