Roles And Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Answer phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate person
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors
Manage conference room bookings and prepare meeting rooms
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Assist in general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Full time
