Responsibilities

Conduct individual career counseling sessions to assess clients' interests, skills, and values

Help clients identify and explore potential career paths based on their strengths and interests

Provide guidance on educational requirements, job market trends, and professional development opportunities

Assist clients in developing resumes, cover letters, and job search strategies

Administer and interpret career assessment tests to provide insights into clients' aptitudes and interests

Monitor and evaluate clients' progress in achieving their career goals

Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, to provide comprehensive support to clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in career counseling, psychology, or a related field

Proven experience in career counseling or a similar role

In-depth knowledge of career assessment tests and counseling techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Familiarity with job market trends and industry demands

Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Certification in career counseling or a relevant field is preferred
