URGENTLY REQUIRED FINANCE MANAGER FOR HOSPITAL IN KERALA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager for our Hospital in Malappuram, Kerala, India. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the hospital's financial stability and growth. This is a full-time position with senior-level responsibilities, requiring 7 to 10 years of experience in hospital finance.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in hospital finance or healthcare financial management.

In-depth knowledge of hospital finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.

Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficient in financial management software and MS Office suite.

Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Leadership abilities with a focus on collaboration, teamwork, and employee development.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and accuracy in financial reporting.

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to develop and manage the hospital's financial strategies and goals.

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and projections to support decision-making and drive financial efficiency.

Manage cash flow, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in healthcare and hospital finance.

Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
