What You'll Do:

You're going to be the brain behind our financial operations. We need you to:

Build and run financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Make them solid and make them count.

Dig into financial data, find the trends, and tell us what it means in plain English.

Work with departments to nail down annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Then, keep an eye on them and tell us when things aren't adding up.

Make sense of complex financial information and help the big bosses make smart decisions.

Look ahead, consider different scenarios, and prepare us for whatever's coming financially.

Lead a small team, keep them focused and productive, and show them how it's done.

Keep our financial practices tight, in line with guidelines, and confidential.

Who You Are:

Got a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or something similar. An MBA or a professional certification like CFA or CPA Even better.

You've been doing financial planning and analysis for at least 6-7 years, ideally showing you can lead and mentor.

You're a wizard with financial modelling and not afraid of complex analysis.

You can talk about finance in a way that everyone gets, and you're comfortable presenting your case.

Leadership isn't just a word to you; you've managed teams, and you know how to bring out the best in people.

You play well with others, understanding that finance is part of a bigger picture that involves every department.
